If your search shows 0 or few results, the first thing you should look at is the criteria and filters. Here are a few quick tips:
Date and Time
The first thing you might want to check is the date and time of your rental.
Pick-up and drop-off times: To get the most results, it is recommended to search for pick-up and drop-off times that are within standard business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm)
Duration: If you are looking for a long rental (e.g. over 2 weeks) we encourage you to chat with our team directly.
Day of the week: Typically, Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days and availabilities are reduced. In addition, some stores close early on Sunday. If you are flexible in your rental date and time, try looking for other days of the week.
Delay before pick-up: If you are searching for a pick-up time that is today, availabilities may be very limited. If you are flexible, try searching for tomorrow or a few days in the future.
Vehicle categories
Did you select specific vehicle categories? Try playing with the vehicle filters, it will help show you more results.
Location
If you played with all search criteria and filters and you are still not finding anything, it is possible that we currently do not have partners in the location you are searching for. In that case, try writing to our team to let us know. We might already be working on expanding in your area!
